Rules and Limitations
Regular updates about the peice will be shared via your prefered method of contact. Failure to keep up to date with the messages i send resulting in you being unhappy with the product is not my consern. You will not be given refunds, and alterations after the service is finished will result in extra charges.
NSFW material is allowed, but i will reject material that is illegal (such as pedophillic content, necrophilia, Zoophillia, and the like)
If i am unable to meet my original deadline, i have a week after the agreed apon deadline to complete the work, or you get a partial refund. (for more information, see my Refund TOS)
Resizes of the work for things such as stickers, emotes, and other such use is a free service. Feel free to ask, ill give you the highest quality resize i can :D
Sample Contract
By agreeing to the terms of purchase, The recipient, hereby referred to as you, receives the rights to all creative liberties of the work, including transformative and replications of the work. The creator reserves the rights to use the work in question for advertisement of future business ventures, including but not limited to use in portfolios, compilations of other works, and proof of concept in design. You will be receiving (The product in question) and will pay (Your total) in two payments over (either paypal or Cashapp). The first payment of (50% of total) will be done prior to work being started, and the second payment of (50% of total) will be sent upon receiving the completed work. You will be receiving the non-physical product of (Your purchase) via (method of recieving). Failure to respond one full business week after the completed work has been delivered will result in the creator revoking all rights you have to the artwork and make it available for reselling without your knowledge or consent. If you consent to the purchase, please respond to this message with “i consent” or “i agree”. Doing so will act as an e-signature and a screenshot or other method of replication will be saved remotely as proof of purchase.

Shipping inside the US and Canada has a flat rate of 20$. Outside of The US and canada, shipping will be charged at 10% of the price of the product, with the excess refunded if there is any.
issues with the size not being correct (if youve been communicative during the creation process) are grounds for up to 5 free alterations. After the 5th free alteration, i will be charging an extra 20$ per hour of work, as timed by active work time and Excluding breaks.

Refund Policy
You do qualify if
I did not meet the agreed apoun due date without discussing you prior
i failed to send communication about the progress of the project. Communication includes but is not limited to discord messages, google messages, email, and voice or video calls.
I have come to the conclusion that i am unable to complete the project at all. (in this case, you are able to get a refund of up to 75%, either a replacement product of the same value, or a 50% refund and the incomplete project for you to keep)
You do not qualify if
you did not communicate your desires to change the product in a timely manner
you gave vauge or incomplete answers when asked about ways to improve the product to your liking
the work you want a refund on is over 2 weeks past the date of completion.
